I'm Mary, a freelance self-taught multi-fandom artist, specialized and later also certified in the illustration, graphic design and character design fields.
I mainly draw OCs, personal art, fanart, and I take monthly commission to sustain my little self-employment related to art. My way to draw is usually a mix of traditional and digital with my own anime style, and favoring on emulating Tetsuya Nomura's style too, occasionally for anything Kingdom Hearts related and not.

✦ I'm a sharing and I welcome doubles!
However the characters with ''Selective'' means I am overall okay with sharing, but with caution: I share with friends and people I trust and feel comfortable with, having reciprocal respect. I will distance myself right away and/or block if toxic behavior towards me, my ship and my OC gets found out, no matter the relationship we have.
Be respectful!✦ Don't hesitate to block me if you feel uncomfortable/you're a strict non-sharing of these characters!✦ I don't see myself and my ships as ''yume'' nor I have self-ships with any of the fictional characters. I only just ship the canon characters with my original characters.

Keep distance and do not interact if:

You start to disrespect. Either on opinions, tastes, personal work or anything related. Please, give reciprocal respect and don't behave rude. If you have any issue, just communicate.
You support NFTs, AI ''art'' and AI ''art'' training.
You behave racist, stalker-ish, envious and tend to insult and/or manipulate; also, if there's blatant big hypocrisy and incoherence in your behavior.
You force or fake friendship.
You do footlicking and act nice to take advantage, also having the intention to art-dig.
You have competition tendencies and/or compare and insult art and OC creations, either behind the back or straight publicly, just because you're envious and insecure of your own, wanting the others to feel wrong and miserable.
You're blatantly either not interested or don't like my work. From this, do not spread hate and fake/unfounded info. Just ignore and leave without following, or just unfollow and block without preteding: do not stay just for gathering info and concepts for yourself or for someone else. Additionally, do not try to ruin on purpose the other person due to envy, your insecurities, and/or because you can't awknowledge your own mistakes: flipping the disagreement story/mirroring your own bad and victimism behavior on the other person when you're blatantly in the wrong is sign of immaturity.
You tend to act out of spite, mostly when the other person never did anything to you.
You tend to be rude on assuming on the other people for things they didn't do.
You make unwanted criticism, straight assumptions on the artist's creation(s), or make headcanons on them, without asking in advance if they're right or wrong.
You're someone who doesn't admit the use/doesn't credit drawing bases, any inspiration sources, re-uploaded art and re-uploaded commission pieces.
You want to copy, without asking permission nor crediting, and/or trace to then claim the idea or the work as yours. Be inspired and let the artist know it.
You gatekeep/claim a public canon character or a ship [either CCxCC and OCxCC], trying also on purpose to make the other person feel discouraged, by hiding you're actually against or jealous of the ship. Such behavior would result toxic, disrespectful and childish, as I personally am normally comfortable with ships having the same character as mine (as long as there's mutual respect). This WON'T apply to non-sharing shippers, though if there won't be mutual respect from this type of situation either, the thing WILL apply.
You tend to rush the work if you may ask for a commission or art trade. Art takes time and we all have our private life. So, please be patient. I never forgot anyone's piece as art did become my full-time freelance job. If you require a deadline for your commission, just ask in advance and we discuss about it.

If one or more of these behaviors get eventually found out, there will be consequences to your actions. I apologize if it sounds a bit harsh, however some parts are very detailed and specific because me, in first person, suffered a lot from such experiences more than once, so I won't tolerate the same story anymore to repeat itself.
Please give respect to people and their boundaries.

TAT: from 3 days to 30 days

• Payment upfront [PAYPAL] in EUR currency [Friends and family option]
• Provide me right away: the references, which style you choose, coloring and any other useful info.
If you won't provide a reference pose of your choice or a description of it, I will choose the composition by myself - of course, by staying coherent to the requested subject. It's on the customer's responsability as I won't restart the sketch artwork from scratch, only minor changes.
• Before continuing, I send the sketch and wait for its approval. You can ask to apply minor changes before I start the coloring to then complete the piece.
• No refund after commission completation. Half of the refund can be an option if only the sketch has been made.
• When the commission is ready, I'll send the good quality artwork via Google Drive link.
• I might refuse the commission if I’m not comfortable with it.
• If you require a deadline, be sure to tell me in advance. We'll discuss about it and set up the work. Requesting a deadline, there's a charge of a 20% of the price as I have to speed up the process, and put you in first line.
• DO NOT use the piece for art AI training and NFT purposes.

⋆ The artist has the right to:
• Include the commission piece in portfolios, online pages, commission sheets etc.
• Publish the commission piece on the art socials, if wished to do so. Your name will always be mentioned under it.
• Reproduce the artwork for merchandise such as prints, charms, t-shirts, etc. [Only with canon characters]
• Claim the commissioned piece as their own work.
• Edit the artwork. ⋆ The commissioner and other parties MUST NOT:
• Post the commission piece online WITHOUT credits to the artist.
• Include the work in portfolios, commission sheets etc.
• Use/reproduce the artwork for merchandise and commercial affairs without permission/agreement/contract.
• Claim the commissioned piece as their own work.
• Remove the artist's signature.
• Use the piece for AI training and NFT purposes.
• Either edit the piece without permission and repropose it. [After time passed from the final delivery of the piece, it's possible to ask me first if you wish to change or add a color to it. Color-wise is allowed, yet heavy changes are NOT. I ask for a major fee if I get asked to make major edit or additions.]

Extra disclaimer:

☆ Reservation for the following months' waves can be asked in private and I normally accept them unless there's some kind of issue.
☆ [Instagram] When the wave is announced and you get mentioned/tagged, you have 3 days of time to reply with the references and 5 days to make payment, otherwise I can't let too much time pass as the commissions cannot go beyond the pre-established month. Your name is kept in list but postponed indefinitely without me starting the commission, unless you decide to cancel the request. "Ghosting" will be considered as a request cancelation and you loose the slot.
☆ [Not assured] If the month's commissions get all done sooner than expected, I might ask for an extra commission, so stay always tuned if you might be interested! Or I might start with the next wave earlier.
☆ I normally work everyday, however Holidays and vacations may result a period of lack of time and so the progress would slow down.
☆ I won't follow any specific commission order if there's no requested deadline, yet I will always start with the simpler pieces of the month so I won't risk to get stuck with the process nor take too much time.
☆ Limit of pieces per slot: 1 artwork. Two artworks might be allowed only if they are both simple requests (e.g. Single/couple chibi art + Single headshot or bust size with simple BG)
☆ Baby characters as additional are considered as non-complex figures, so won't get a charge.
☆ I don't accept a full restart/redraw of the piece after I sent the sketch, I accept only minor changes and fixations. Same goes for any color fixation when it's complete.
